Esdânio Nilton Pereira
An economist with over 40 years of experience in executive and advisory positions, Esdânio has built a solid career in strategic leadership, corporate governance and sustainable growth management in medium and large organizations. Founder of FENP Digital, he structures organizational transformation initiatives focused on strategic alignment, operational efficiency and business perpetuity, using a proprietary methodology based on the pillars of Governance, Capital and Sustainability (GCS).
He is currently a board member of three companies: Continental Ferramentas, a distributor of Milwalkee in Brazil; PCP Steel, a steel distributor and processor that also controls Unylaser; and JC Rossi, a construction company headquartered in Caxias do Sul. His role on these boards reinforces his ability to support companies with different profiles and stages of maturity, always focusing on sustainability and long-term value.
Before becoming a board member, he held senior leadership positions in multinationals such as Volvo, Navistar International and Grupo Randon, where he led expansion processes, organizational redesign, structuring of new businesses and corporate succession. His work encompasses both industrial and service environments, always guided by a systemic vision, solid management discipline and a strong culture of results.
He is a board member certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), with executive training in Valuation and Finance from USP/Fipecafi and in Strategic Leadership from Harvard Business School. He works as an angel investor in more than 20 Brazilian startups, connecting his executive experience to the innovation and technology ecosystem.
At BY Capital, he is responsible for the Southern Chapter, bringing his experience in governance and strategic transformation to support companies in the region in their growth, succession and corporate consolidation challenges.
