Felipe Pascowitch

With over a decade of experience in leading institutions in Brazil and abroad, he has developed robust expertise in the areas of corporate valuation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, multimarket fund management and investment strategies in on-shore and off-shore assets. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions such as Head of Investments at Mirae Asset and portfolio manager at Banco Safra's Family Office, leading analyses, strategic resource allocation and valuation of venture capital and private equity assets.

His previous experience includes stints at PwC and Deloitte, working in valuation and restructuring, in addition to strategic positions at Banco Santander, contributing with market intelligence, automation of analytical bases and comparative analysis of large financial institutions from the perspective of risk, capital and performance.

With a strong technical background and advanced knowledge of programming languages ​​for finance (Python, R, VBA), he is certified as a CFA Charterholder, CGA (ANBIMA), CNPI (APIMEC) and a manager authorized by the CVM. He holds a master's degree in Economics from Insper, with an emphasis on finance, and a bachelor's degree in Economics from PUC-SP. Fluent in English and Spanish, he combines analytical skills with strategic vision, and is recognized for his ability to translate financial complexity into high-impact decisions.

At BY Capital, he coordinated financial consulting projects focused on companies undergoing transformation or crisis, working on structured operations with non-performing loans (NPLs), debt renegotiation, corporate reorganization and advisory on sales and fundraising processes.
