With over 30 years of experience in conducting operational and financial restructuring processes, Márcia has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, judicial recovery processes and corporate debt renegotiation, corporate valuation, structured operations (FIDCs, CRIs, CRAs, IPOs) and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Head of Pricing of corporate portfolios at Recovery do Brasil, a credit recovery company whose main shareholders are Banco Itaú and IFC.

Senior executive at KPMG, PwC and Deloitte in the Corporate Finance practice, serving several companies in media and entertainment, communications, retail, agribusiness, automotive industry, financial services, trading, oil&gas, among others. Leader of the practice of assessing and structuring the sale of non-performing loan portfolios (NPLs) for Latin America at PwC.

Strong exposure to local and international financial institutions, law firms and specialized courts for Judicial Reorganization.

Founding member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA do Brasil) and president in 2012 and 2013. President of the TMA Courses and Events Committee between 2011 and 2013. Member of the TMA Board of Directors since 2015.

Professor and coordinator of the specialization course in Special Sits, Turnaround and Judicial Reorganization of Companies at Insper (Institute of Education and Research) since 2011. Professor of the Extrajudicial Reorganization and M&A courses at TMA. Speaker at several local and international events on restructuring.
